Lets talk about live culture in our culture! Come learn about the incredible tradition and health benefits of fermented foods! We will discuss and demonstrate how to make various fermented vegetables, grains and probiotic beverages. This is an amazing and simple transformation that you can do right at home. There will be an opportunity for some sampling and hands on work!
Eileen Roscina Richardson is a certified Natural Foods Chef and fermentation enthusiast. A graduate of the Nutritional Therapy Institute of Denver, she resides in her hometown where she cooks, and cultures.
