Tuesday, July 2nd, 6:30-8:30pm

Our garden is overflowing and I just had to schedule a get-together to try and use some of it! If you want to eat more greens, but lack inspiration or know-how, this class is for you.

Eating healthy can be delicious, easy and fun. Certified Natural Chef Aleece Raw has spent the past four years learning how to create delicious, plant-based nutrition symphonies for your plate.

Each recipe in this class will feature kale, summer squash and fresh herbs from the garden, along with other garden-fresh, local and organic fruits and vegetables, in very different ways. We’ll enjoy a hot salad, a cold soup and a daily dose of vegetables and fruits in your glass.

For $25, you’ll enjoy:
- foraging for edible weeds that you can find right in your own backyard
- learning how to make creative snacks and light meals with dark, leafy greens freshly harvested from our own garden
- easy-to-follow, flexible recipes that you can take home with you
- an evening of great conversation with like-minded, passionate people

The menu and demonstrations will include:
- Emerald mango smoothie
- Orzo wilted summer salad
- Chilled cucumber fennel soup

We’ll also have light snacks to munch on beforehand and ginger molasses cookies for dessert.

RSVP to and bring cash or check for $25 with you night of class.
